I was alarmed when I checked my blog comments to see that someone was unfamiliar with The Bat.
AKA Pepper
She is a two ton package of muscle and pudge. She is as fast as a race car and as mean as a werewolf. She acquired the nickname The Bat from going up-side-down and sticking her ears back, looking much like a ferocious bat.

How is this painting? You're not painting...you're goofing! You said you were going to paint. Here I am feeling all sorry for you because you work all week, and then you come home and work all weekend, but no! And what is that little brown hissinator doing sitting next to Bat? Bat is scared silly of cats!
